Returns / Refunds
IMPORTANT! Please return an item with a tracking number so in the event that we do not receive the item back ( lost in mail?? ) you can be credited back your purchase amount. If you wish to return an item, We must receive a return request Email no later than 7 days from the time USPS tracking confirms the item delivered to the shipping address. Refunds are processed with in 5 - 7 days after we receive the item back ( 20 days if we agree to a return after this period ) the customer is responsible for return postage cost + packaging. Please ask any and all questions that are of concern BEFORE placing an order. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ISSUE A REFUND UNTIL THE ITEM/S ARE RETURNED AND IN SAME CONDITION ( including the certificate COA ) We must have the item back before a refund is issued, If a customer requests an order be canceled, if the item has shipped and is in transit, the order must be received and returned before a refund will be issued. No refunds or replacements will be issued on orders that are still in transit past the expected tracking delivery date unless 20 days have passed since the order was shipped with no tracking update or without receiving of order! If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered to the shipping address that customer provided us, however the item is not received, then the customer will need to contact their local area post office for assistance.
