With in the USA!  Items generally ship out on Mon / Wed / Fri"  No refunds / replacements will be issued on orders that are still in transit past the expected tracking delivery date unless 20 days have passed since the order was shipped with no tracking update! We do not ship to addresses outside of the USA. We are not responsible for orders forwarded from a USA shipping address to an international address as this is against our sales policy. 

 

  All items are shipped  FIRST CLASS WITH TRACKING / USPS PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL / Parcel in a ( non descriptive stay flat photo mailer as not to draw attention ) and Insured and may ( in some cases not all ) require a signature at time of delivery. Buyer has 10 days from the day tracking confirms delivery to notify us of any missing items in an order. Most orders ship with in 1 to 3 business days  ( Mon - Sat ) Holidays excluded! NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or misplaced / theft of packages after the time of delivery confirmation by tracking! If the buyer wishes to purchase insurance, we must be notified at the time of order. We reserve the right to place on hold or cancel unusually large orders, pending more information about the customer. If a payment is in" pending status" the order will ship only after payment has been cleared and we have been given the " ok to ship " notice. If the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered to the shipping address that customer provided us, however the item is not received, then the customer will need to contact their local area post office for assistance.
